Whether you are doing paid collaborations with influencers, or you want to pay them the commission they have earned, Influencer Hero offers a payout manager to process these payments in just one place.

To pay and keep track of all transactions through Influencer Hero, follow the next steps:

Step 1: Go to the influencer's deal page and head over to their Collaboration portal on the left side of the screen.

Step 2: If the payment is in regards to a commission, you will be able to see how much they have earned in the collaboration portal.

If the payment is for a fixed fee, then click on "Add Fixed Fee" and input the due amount. Comments are optional but recommended for organization purposes!

You will then see the fixed fee amount in the collaboration portal.

Step 3: If you want to pay the influencer through Influencer Hero, first head over to the Creator Dashboard area of the deal page and click on "Send Invitation". That way, they can join the dashboard and see their performance, as well as login their payment details.

If you want to pay the influencer outside of the platform, then you don't need to send them the invitation to join their dashboard. Proceed to the next step.

Step 4: Click on "Payout" and input the due amount.

Step 5: Once the payout has been requested, click on "Other Tools" and go to the Payout Manager.

Step 6: If the influencer has completed their payment details in their dashboard, you will be able to click on the payout button and be redirected to Stripe to pay their commission or fixed fee.

If you decide to pay them outside of the platform, click on "Offline Payout" and input the due amount.

Step 7: You can find all the transaction details on the deal page, as well as confirm the balance left.
