Moving influencers between columns within the board, or to another board
Selecting only the influencers who meet specific criteria
How to Use the Bulk Tool
Step 1: Open the campaign board you are working on, and click "Open Bulk Tool" in the top right corner.
Step 2: Select the influencers for this task. You have 3 options:
Manual selection: either one by one, or the whole column
Standard filters: you can select influencers according to a specific criteria, by choosing a standard filter (e.g. has more than 3 referrals)
Filter with AI: for any other criteria that isn't included in the standard filters, you can write your own ChatGPT prompt and have the selection be as specific as possible (e.g. select all deals where influencers have said that their package arrived in poor conditions). Keep in mind that this will consume your monthly GPT credits.
Step 3: Choose the action that you want to perform, follow the instructions provided and execute the task.
Performance time can vary depending on the task and the amount of influencers selected.
Step 4: Once you are done, click "Close Bulk Tool".
