On Influencer Hero's CRM, you can send products directly to influencers.
Follow these steps for detailed instructions:
Step 1: Access the Influencer’s Deal Page through the respective board or the search feature on the bottom left side of the platform.
Step 2: Ensure the influencer’s shipping address (including street address, city, postal code, region, and country) is filled in the "Details" tab. This is where Shopify takes the shipping details from, so it is crucial that you complete this step.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Everything from first name to country are mandatory for Shopify to process this order correctly. Ensure even the last name is filled in.
Phone numbers are optional.
Our AI will fill this in automatically if the influencer has shared the details in an email. But if you want to do it manually, click "Edit" in the top right corner and add the details. Once you're ready, press "Save".
Step 3: Back in the "Home" tab, click "Send Product".
Step 4: Choose the store (if you have multiple stores registered) and search for the product you want to send. Then, click "Send Products".

Step 5: A $0 order will be placed on your Shopify, and a tracking task will be generated on Influencer Hero with tracking link and the link to access the order on Shopify.
Plus, the tracking task will turn into a reminder to follow up with the influencer once the product has been delivered, so you don't have to actually check the shipping status—we will let you know!
