Influencer Hero covers all angles so you can find authentic and high quality influencers, even those who are already interested in partnering with you.

You can either look for influencers with our Influencer Finder and reach out to them, or let them come to you with Application Forms.

You can fully personalize them to match your brand style and communication, and add all the fields you want when evaluating an influencer profile!

To set it up, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to Applications in the left menu.

Step 2: Click on "Create new application page", give it a name (e.g. campaign name) and make sure the right brand is selected.

Step 3: Customize the form itself. You can edit:

  • Brand colors

  • Brand logo

  • Welcome page image

  • Texts

  • Shipping details required or not

  • Custom fields in every step of the form: add your own questions to get all the information you need!

  • ⚠️ Verify social media account or not: if you make verifying mandatory, influencers who don't have a business or creator account won't be able to apply.

Step 4: You can choose between three hosting options for your form:

Option 1: Host it on Influencer Hero's domain.

This is the easiest and fastest setup, as you can simply customize the form and then share the link to the live site (hosted by us) in a landing page, website, or even in your social media bio/link tool.

💡 Pro tip: You can create a "Become an Ambassador" or "Influencer Collabs" landing page in your website, and add an "Apply Now" button where the link to the form is inserted. Or, by simply sharing the link in your Instagram bio, influencers (who will most likely discover your brand on social media) can quickly be encouraged to apply!

You can even run an "open call" to all interested content creators, or just share the link to this form whenever someone DMs you to collaborate.

Option 2: Host the Form Anywhere via iFrame

You can embed the form on any page or section of your website using the provided code snippet.

For Shopify Users:
Here's how to embed the form on your Shopify website:

  • Copy the snippet code.

  • Log in to your Shopify admin and go to Online Store > Themes.

  • Choose your published theme and click Customize.

  • Navigate to the page and section where you want to embed the form.

  • Click on Add Section and choose Custom Liquid or Custom HTML.

  • Paste the snippet code.

  • Click Save.

Option 3: Host the Form on Your Own Domain

You can use the default hosted form link (forms.influencer-hero.com) or connect it to your custom domain to appear as a landing page on your website.

To connect your domain:

  • Go through the DNS verification in Custom Domains (General Settings)

  • Once connected, your domain will appear under the "Host form on your own domain" dropdown, in the application page settings.

  • Select your domain and specify the desired path for the landing page (e.g., /influencers)

Step 5: How to manage accepted and declined influencers.

  • Add accepted influencers to a Dealflow: In order to manage the influencer partnerships once you have accepted them, you must move them to a dealflow just like with any other collab on Influencer Hero. Choose here where they will land once accepted. If you need help creating a dealflow especifically for this, please check out this article.

  • Send an email flow to accepted influencers: This step is optional, but could be helpful to communicate the influencer has been accepted and they can expect the product soon. You can set up this email flow in the Email Flows page.

  • Track influencer social media posts: The post tracker needs to be turned on for us to track the influencer's Instagram posts.

  • Select products to send: If you have an e-commerce manager connected to IH, you can choose to automatically send products to accepted influencers.

  • Create affiliate details: You can also immediately have commissions, discount codes and custom links set up the moment an influencer is approved, so you don't have to create them manually at a later stage.

  • Add rejected influencers to a Dealflow: Sometimes you might decline a profile because it's not the right fit at the moment, but you can keep them for future opportunities by moving them to a dealflow. You can also create a new one just for this purpose, or use an existing one. This step is also mandatory even if you just want to send them an email flow, as a deal page needs to be created for Influencer Hero to send an email flow to that person.

  • Send an email flow to rejected influencers: If you want to let declined profiles know that it wasn't the right match, you can also create an email sequence in the Email Flows page.

Step 6: Your form is now done! To track all applicants and activity, make sure to check the Applications page regularly. And remember that if you accept them, they will move to the dealflow specified previously, so you can proceed with sending products there or any other kind of action you'd like to take. They will also immediately receive an email flow if you have included that option.

💡Pro tip: If you want to check the answers to the custom fields you included in the form, click on "See all" within the Registered influencers panel. This will give you the complete applicants view.
