Learn how to create automated email sequences to contact influencers. AI-powered email flows and manual email drip campaigns.

In Influencer Hero's CRM, you have the ability to set up multiple emails and schedule them in a sequence, eliminating the need to manually send follow-up emails. The created email sequences can then be used for e.g. an influencer outreach.

Influencer Hero offers two options to create your email flows: an automated AI-powered way, and the manual way of creating flows. Here's how to use each:

AI-POWERED EMAIL FLOWS:

Step 1: Go to the Email Flows page and click on "AI-generate new Flow"

Step 2: Fill in each field:

  • Flow name

  • Brand description: a few short sentences describing your brand, so the AI can have context and introduce your brand to influencers

  • Campaign goal: explain the type of campaign you are running, and your objectives. Be as specific as possible!

  • Number of emails: total amount of emails to be included in the sentence. We recommend three to four, as the follow ups will increase your response rate

  • Sender name

Step 3: Once the AI is done generating the flow, you can give it a few tweaks and save changes once it's ready!

Pro tip: we have already included everything we have learnt about outreach emails and personalization tools, so you won't need to change much!

MANUAL EMAIL FLOWS:

Step 1: Go to the Email Flows page and click on "Create New Flow"

Step 2: Fill in the flow name, email subject, and body.

Pro tip: by clicking on "Placeholders" you will be able to find shortcuts which you can copy into your email and will then be replaced by the system. For example, the {{ firstname|default(influencer_handle) }} shortcut is either replaced by the influencer's first name or, if the system doesn't recognize a name, it will be replaced by their handle to still make it personalized!

Extra: if you want to add images to your email flow, you can follow these simple instructions!

Step 3: To add a follow up email, click on "Add email" and repeat the process from the first email.

If the influencer does not respond to the first email within the specified waiting time, they will automatically receive the first follow-up email. If they do respond, they will not receive any follow-up emails.

Step 4: Set the waiting time in between emails. It is generally best to set a waiting time of 48-72 hours between each email.

Again, for best results, it is recommended to send a total of 3-4 emails (one outreach email and 2-3 follow-up emails)

Step 5: Once you have finished setting up the email sequence, it will end with "End of sequence" This means that if the influencer does not respond to any follow-up emails within the specified waiting times, they will be deactivated and will not receive any further emails.

Click on Save Changes and you are ready to go! You will now find them in the Email Flows page.
