Measuring the impact of your influencer marketing campaign is crucial to trace your next steps, making reports key elements of influencer marketing. However, it can be challenging to manually gather all the data and build a report from scratch.
Luckily, Influencer Hero offers an automated reporting tool which will provide you with key insights, such as earned media value, impressions, followers reached, and more!

Step 1: In the left menu, click on "Reporting".
Step 2: Select the right filters for the report you wish to generate:
Campaign: the report will be made according to the influencers added through the Influencer Finder into your campaign (in the Campaign Manager).
Dealflow: the report will be made according to the influencers that are part of a specific dealflow.
Recommended when multiple campaigns use the same dealflow, and when you have custom uploaded people into a specific dealflow.
Entire account: the report will be made according to all the available campaigns.
Starting/finishing date: not mandatory, but can be helpful.
Step 3: Analyze the analytics provided by the report:
π Influencer statistics: influencer conversion rates.
π Campaign statistics: main campaign KPIs, related to social media performance and sales.
π Top performers: below the Clicks by Country, you will find your whole list of onboarded influencers in order of performance (best performance to worst). You can list from higher to lower and viceversa, according to impressions, clicks, earned media value, and sales.
Pro tip: use this list to your advantage! Develop relationships with your top performers, use them as Lookalikes for future searches in our Influencer Finder, and more!
π Instagram content: this graph shows you the amount of posts shared during the selected time period. You can choose to see the amount of daily or weekly posts.
π Influencer by follower size: this donut graph quickly allows you to visualize the predominant influencer size in your campaign/dealflow.
π Payments: this graph indicates the worth of all the payments processed throughout the selected time period. You can also filter it by day or week.
π Products sent: this section is currently only available for Shopify users or custom e-commerce integrations.
The first graph shows the amount of products sent and the total cost of products sent during the desired time period. This graph allows filtering on a monthly or weekly basis.
Then, the tool provides a list of the products sent. You can order the list according to product cost, total amount of product sent and total product cost.
Pro tip: use this list to your advantage as well! It gives you great insights on the influencers' top picks, which you can use for business development: analyzing this choices and how you can have more of these likeable products, creating a best-seller section in your online store, and many more ideas!
You can also use this section to analyze your cost, ROAS, ROI and more useful KPIs to understand your impact and how to continue on improving.
