You can create a discount code and custom link for each influencer to track their referrals, sales, clicks, and commissions. Follow the steps below for more details:

Step 1: Open the influencer's deal page in the CRM through the respective dealflow or the search feature on the left side of the platform.

Step 2: Scroll down to find the "Collaboration" box on the left side of the deal page.

Step 3: Click the grey pencil icon to edit the campaign name, commission percentage, discount code, custom link, and custom link target.

  • Commission Percentage: Set the percentage the influencer earns per sale through their link or code, typically 10%-20%. Commissions are tracked automatically and added to the influencer's balance in the CRM.

  • Discount Code: Create a discount code using the influencer's username or first name and set the discount percentage. This code tracks the influencer's referrals.

  • Custom Link: Create a custom link using the influencer's username or name (e.g., '/brian') to direct traffic to your website. The link is automatically generated in your store for all connected domains in Shopify.

  • Custom Link Target: Specify a specific page on your website where the custom link should lead, e.g., '/products/blue-jeans.' Leave it blank or enter '/' to direct to your landing page.

Step 4: Once completed, click "Save."

The discount code and custom link are now active in your e-commerce backend. The influencer will receive their agreed commission for each purchase made using their code (if a commission value greater than 0% is set). You can track all sales, referrals, clicks, commissions, and balances in the CRM.
