The creator dashboard lets influencers track their referred sales, commissions, view affiliate details (discount code, custom link), and enter payout information for automatic payments.
But beyond that, it's also part of Creator Hero which is an online storefront builder, where creators can feature their favorite products in their one page storefront! It's a great creator-brand marketplace to explore, and the benefits are endless: more exposure, easier collabs, campaigns on auto-pilot, and more!
To give an influencer access to their creator dashboard and allow them to performance and possibly collaborate through a CH storefront, follow these steps below:
Step 1: Open the influencer's deal page.
Step 2: Navigate to the "Payouts" tab and click on "Send Invitation" to email the influencer an invitation.
Step 3: The influencer will receive a separate invitation email from Creator Hero (remind them to check their spam folder just in case). The email will look like this, and they need to click "View your dashboard" button.
Step 4: After clicking the button, they will be redirected to a page where they can create an account by entering their email address and setting a password. Once done, they should click "Sign Up."
Step 5: After creating their account, the influencer can log in directly at https://app.creator-hero.com/ for future access.
On your side, back in the "Payouts" deal page tab, you will see when the influencer has accepted the invite and filled out the payout info.
Step 7: Once payment details are entered, you can issue payments automatically from the deal page. To do so, please refer to this article on payment instructions.
