Connect Influencer Hero to thousands of apps (Google Sheets, Slack, Stripe, Mailchimp, Airtable, HubSpot, Zendesk, etc.) and automate workflows—without code.

Install & connect

  1. Go to the Zapier integration page: https://zapier.com/apps/influencer-hero/integrations

  2. Click Try it (or in Zapier click Create Zap and select Influencer Hero as the Trigger or Action).

  3. When prompted, click Connect a new account.

  4. A secure window will open to log in to Influencer Hero (if you’re not already logged in).

  5. Click Authorize to grant Zapier access to your Influencer Hero workspace.

  6. You’re connected. You can now build Zaps using Influencer Hero triggers and actions.

Notes

  • You can disconnect/revoke access anytime from Zapier (My Apps).

  • If you manage multiple workspaces/brands, you may be asked to select which one the Zap should use.

What you can do with the Zapier integration

  • Triggers (events from Influencer Hero that start a Zap)

How to build your first Zap

Example A — Automatically log gifting in Google Sheets

  1. Trigger app: Influencer Hero → Trigger event: New Product Sent

  2. Action app: Google Sheets → Action event: Create Spreadsheet Row

  3. Create columns like date sent, influencer handle, products, tracking number (if you store it), campaign name/deal URL.

  4. Turn the Zap on.

Why this is useful: ops tracking, gifting audit trail, finance reconciliation.

Example B — Identify influencers inside your customer/subscriber list

  1. Trigger app: Stripe / Mailchimp / Google Sheets / your CRM (e.g., New Customer, New Subscriber, or New Row)

  2. Action app: Influencer Hero → Action event: Identify Influencers

  3. Pass the customer email(s) into the action.

  4. If any of these emails is known to belong to an influencer, you will be able to see the profile in the "Your customers" tab of the Influencer Finder

Why this is useful: find creators who already love your product and recruit them first.

Popular use cases

1) Lead capture → automatically create deals

  • Trigger: new form submission / creator application (Typeform, Tally, Wisepops, HubSpot, etc.)

  • Action: Create New Deal in Influencer Hero

Result: inbound creators land directly in the right pipeline.

Note: Influencer Hero has the application page feature for this exact use case. This is just in case you prefer to stick with a pre-existing workflow

2) Reporting & dashboards

  • Trigger: New Influencer Post / New Product Sent / New Payout Request

  • Action: add row to Google Sheets or Airtable

Result: always-up-to-date reporting without manual exports.

Best practices

  • Use Zapier Filters so Zaps only run for specific brands, campaigns, stages, or tags.

  • If you send orders to Influencer Hero, use a unique Order ID and add dedupe logic in Zapier to avoid double counting.

Troubleshooting

“Test trigger” returns no data

Create a fresh real event in Influencer Hero (send a test email, log a product as sent, etc.), then test again.

Wrong workspace/brand

Reconnect the account and select the correct workspace/brand (or duplicate the Zap per workspace if needed).

Clicks/orders look wrong

Confirm you’re matching the correct deal/collaboration and that you’re not sending duplicates (especially for referrals/orders).
