Influencer Hero integrates with Klaviyo to help you identify influencers already in your audience and export influencers from Influencer Hero into Klaviyo.
Overview
The Klaviyo integration connects your Klaviyo account with Influencer Hero to help you discover influencers who are already part of your audience and seamlessly export influencer data from your campaigns into Klaviyo. Once connected, the integration runs automatically in the background - syncing new Klaviyo profiles every hour and matching them against our influencer database.
How to install
You can install the Influencer Hero app in two ways:
Via the Klaviyo App Store (search for “Influencer Hero”)
Via Influencer Hero by visiting: https://app.influencer-hero.com/integrations
What the integration enables
1) Find influencers inside your Klaviyo followers
Once connected, Influencer Hero will periodically check for new profiles in your Klaviyo account.
If a profile has an email address that we recognize as belonging to an influencer, we automatically pull them into:
Influencer Finder → “Your Customers” tab
This is useful for discovering creators who already purchased from (or follow) your brand—making it easy to collaborate with influencers who already love your product.
2) Export influencers from Influencer Hero CRM to Klaviyo
You can push influencers from your Influencer Hero CRM into Klaviyo directly from a campaign board:
Go to a Campaign Board
Open the Bulk tool (the 3 dots menu at the top-right)
Under Select Bulk action, choose Export to Klaviyo
After exporting, those influencers will appear in your Klaviyo account.
Data & permissions
What we read from Klaviyo
During the hourly sync, Influencer Hero reads the email address and profile ID of new Klaviyo profiles. We do not access names, phone numbers, purchase history, or any other profile data.
What we write to Klaviyo
When you export influencers, the following is added to each Klaviyo profile:
Email, first name, and last name
Custom properties prefixed with ih_ including: deal name, social media platform, follower count, campaign name, deal URL, discount code, discount percentage, and commission percentage
Existing profile data in Klaviyo is never removed or overwritten — only the ih_ properties are added or updated.
Disconnecting & reconnecting
You can disconnect the integration from the Integrations page in Influencer Hero, or by revoking access in your Klaviyo account settings. If access is revoked from Klaviyo's side, Influencer Hero will automatically detect this and mark the integration as disconnected.
To reconnect, visit the Integrations page, find the disconnected Klaviyo integration, and click Reconnect. Your previous settings and data will be preserved.
FAQ
Can I connect multiple Klaviyo accounts?
Yes — you can connect a separate Klaviyo account per brand.
Will exporting overwrite my existing Klaviyo data?
No. Only the Influencer Hero custom properties (prefixed with ih_) are added or updated. All other profile data remains untouched.
What happens to my data if I disconnect?
Profiles already exported to Klaviyo stay in Klaviyo, and influencers already identified in your "Your Customers" tab stay in Influencer Hero. Only the live sync and export capabilities are stopped.
