How to Install

  1. In Influencer Hero, go to Settings β†’ Integrations (or visit https://app.influencer-hero.com/integrations).

  2. Find GetResponse and click Connect.

  3. You will be redirected to GetResponse. Log in and authorize Influencer Hero to access your account using OAuth 2.0.

  4. After authorization, you will be sent back to Influencer Hero. Choose the brand to link the integration to, then the integration will show as Connected.

Once connected, Influencer Hero can sync your GetResponse contacts to identify influencers, and you can export influencer profiles directly to your GetResponse campaigns.

What the Integration Enables

1) Discover Influencers Among Your GetResponse Contacts

Influencer Hero can sync contacts from your GetResponse campaigns to identify which ones are influencers or creators. This gives you a ready-made pool of potential brand ambassadors who are already in your lists.

The integration identifies:

  • Contacts who are influencers on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube

  • Their social media handles and platforms

  • Follower counts and engagement metrics

  • Profile links and contact information

Identified influencers appear in Influencer Hero's customer activation or "Your Customers" area for the linked brand, where you can review and manage them.

2) Export Influencer Profiles to GetResponse

Export influencer profiles from Influencer Hero to a GetResponse campaign with one click. You can add them to a campaign and optionally assign a tag, which will be created automatically if it does not already exist.

How to export:

  1. Navigate to any influencer profile in Influencer Hero

  2. Click the Actions button

  3. Select Export to GetResponse

  4. Choose the GetResponse campaign (list) to add them to

  5. Optionally enter a custom tag (for example, "cooking_influencer_US")

  6. Click Export

You can also export multiple influencers at once using bulk actions or set up automated exports in campaign automation workflows. The integration uses GetResponse's batch API when exporting many contacts at once.

3) Use Tags and Campaigns in GetResponse

  • Tags: When you export with a custom tag, Influencer Hero looks up or creates that tag in GetResponse and assigns it to the contact.

  • Campaigns: Exported contacts are added to the campaign you select and can be used in your GetResponse automations and segments like any other contact.

Export Not Working

  • Ensure you have selected a valid GetResponse campaign

  • Check that the influencer profile has a valid email address
