Squarespace Integration

Connect Influencer Hero with your Squarespace store to create unique tracking links (and optional discount codes) for your influencers, and automatically sync clicks + sales back into Influencer Hero for performance tracking and reporting.

What you can do with the Squarespace integration

  • Create trackable product / landing-page links for influencers from Influencer Hero

  • Track clicks + sales inside Influencer Hero

  • Use the data to report on performance and (optionally) calculate influencer payouts/commissions

Before you start you’ll need

  • GoAffPro connected to Influencer Hero (helpdesk guide)

  • Admin access to your Squarespace site

Step 1 - Connect GoAffPro in Influencer Hero (if you haven’t yet)

  1. In Influencer Hero, go to Integrations: https://app.influencer-hero.com/integrations

  2. Find GoAffPro → click Connect

  3. Paste your GoAffPro access token / API key → click Connect (helpdesk guide)

Note: Influencer Hero has an official partnership with GoAffPro for integration purposes. If you purchased GoAffPro specifically to use with Influencer Hero, please contact your Influencer Hero account manager to arrange a subscription reimbursement.

Step 2 - Install tracking on your Squarespace store

  1. Open the Squarespace install page: Install GoAffPro on Squarespace

  2. Click Install app and follow the on-screen steps to connect your Squarespace site

  3. Once completed, return to your GoAffPro dashboard

GoAffPro’s Squarespace install flow is designed to be quick — typically there’s no extra theme code work needed.

Step 3 - Enable Squarespace conversion tracking (recommended)

This step ensures checkout conversions (orders) are attributed correctly:

  1. In your GoAffPro dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations

  2. Find Squarespace Conversion

  3. Enable the toggle

  4. Save

Step 4 - Create tracking links (and discount codes) for influencers in Influencer Hero

After Squarespace is connected:

  1. Open the influencer’s page in Influencer Hero

  2. Create a tracking link and paste the URL you want them to promote (product or landing page)

  3. Influencer Hero will generate a trackable link

  4. Share that link with your influencer

Optional (coupon tracking): If you want to track via coupon codes as well, enable coupon features in GoAffPro and then create/assign codes for your influencers.

Troubleshooting

I see clicks, but no sales

  • Make sure Squarespace Conversion is enabled in the GoAffPro integrations settings

  • Allow some time for attribution/reporting to appear (depending on platform reporting delays)

Nothing is tracking at all

  • Confirm the Squarespace “Install app” flow is completed and your store shows as connected in your GoAffPro dashboard

  • Test with a fresh browser session (incognito) to avoid cached cookies
