Connect Influencer Hero with your BigCommerce store to create unique affiliate links and discount codes for your influencers, and automatically sync clicks + sales back into your Influencer Hero CRM for performance tracking and reporting

What you can do with the BigCommerce integration

  • Create trackable product / collection / landing-page links for influencers from Influencer Hero

  • Track clicks + sales inside Influencer Hero (synced through GoAffPro)

  • Use the data to report on performance and (optionally) calculate influencer payouts/commissions

Before you start you’ll need

  • GoAffPro connected to Influencer Hero (helpdesk guide)

  • Admin access to BigCommerce (to add GoAffPro’s conversion tracking code)

Step 1 — Connect GoAffPro in Influencer Hero (if you haven’t yet)

  1. In Influencer Hero, go to Integrations: https://app.influencer-hero.com/integrations

  2. Find GoAffPro → click Connect

  3. Paste your GoAffPro access token / API key → Connect (helpdesk guide)

Note: Influencer Hero has an official partnership with GoAffPro for integration purposes. If you purchased GoAffPro specifically to use with Influencer Hero, please contact your Influencer Hero account manager to arrange a subscription reimbursement.

Step 2 — Install GoAffPro on your BigCommerce store

GoAffPro provides BigCommerce setup via its onboarding wizard (and/or the BigCommerce app install flow), then you paste the Affiliate Conversion Tracking code into BigCommerce. You can also refer to the Goaffpro Installation instructions here.

2A) Get the BigCommerce conversion tracking code from GoAffPro

  • In GoAffPro, open the setup wizard at app.goaffpro.com/wizard and generate/copy the affiliate conversion tracking code for BigCommerce.

2B) Paste the tracking code into BigCommerce

  1. Open your BigCommerce Admin

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Under Advanced, select Data solutions

  4. In Affiliate Conversion Tracking, click Connect

  5. Paste the GoAffPro affiliate conversion tracking code

  6. Click Connect to save

Step 3 — Finish setup in GoAffPro

Once BigCommerce tracking code is connected:

  • Log in (or sign up) to your GoAffPro merchant account

  • Follow the on-screen steps to complete the store connection in GoAffPro

Step 4 — Create tracking links (and discount codes) for influencers in Influencer Hero

After BigCommerce is connected in GoAffPro:

  1. Open the influencer’s page in Influencer Hero

  2. Create a tracking link and use the URL you want them to promote (product / collection / landing page)

  3. Influencer Hero will generate a trackable link

  4. Share that link with your influencer

Optional (coupon tracking): If you want to track via coupon codes too, enable coupon features in GoAffPro and create/assign codes for your influencers.

Troubleshooting

BigCommerce integration installed, but no tracking data appears

  • Confirm you added the code under Settings → Advanced → Data solutions → Affiliate Conversion Tracking and clicked Connect.

  • Make sure the code you pasted is the affiliate conversion tracking code from the GoAffPro wizard (app.goaffpro.com/wizard).

  • Confirm your store is fully connected in GoAffPro (finish the wizard steps).
