The invitation form allows you to incorporate the form into your email flow, where influencers can provide their information. All the details they fill out will be automatically populated onto their deal page, and a profile review will be triggered.

Basically, it streamlines the process and saves you valuable time in managing influencer campaigns.

🚨 The Invitation Form is only available in certain plans. If you are just looking to automate logging addresses, please know our AI will scan influencer emails and when it recognizes an address, it will automatically fill it in the Influencer Profile.

How to set it up:

Step 1: Go to the Campaign Manager and click on "Edit form" within the campaign you want to use the form for.

Step 2: Personalize the form:

  1. Add your brand name and URL

  2. Add a logo image and/or poster image (optional)

  3. Write a quick description of the campaign so influencers can check it out before deciding to fill out the form.

Step 3: You can preview the form before finalizing it. In the form, influencers will be prompted to provide their shipping information, which will be automatically added to their deal page.

Step 4: To include the form in the email flow follow these steps:

  1. Go to Email Flows and edit the one you want to include the form, or create a new one.

  2. Within the email body, paste this shortcut as it is: {{invitation_form_url}}

  3. When the flow is sent, the shortcut is then replaced by the word "here" with the link to the form. Therefore, formulate the sentence with that detail in mind, for example: "If you are interested, please fill in our form {{invitation_form_url}}" will be replaced when sent to "If you are interested, please fill in our form here"

That's it! Your invitation form is now ready and you can start the reach out!
