While using this system is optional, requesting a profile review can be a useful tool for managing your brand's resources, especially if the person executing the campaign is different than the one reviewing profiles.
Important: this system is automatically triggered when working with invitation forms, or can be manually implemented when needed. Both explanations are included below.
To run these profile reviews manually, follow the next steps:
Step 1: Open the influencer’s deal page. Within the Influencer Profile section, you will find the "Request Profile Review" button.
Step 2: Click on the button and leave a comment so the person checking the profile can have all the information. This can be a simple "review profile" or if the tool is being used for negotiation purposes, it can be something like "influencer is asking for $X in return for Y videos".
Once sent, the status will change to "Under Review" and a task will open up until a response to the requested review is received.
Step 3: To find the requested profile, click on "Other Tools" and go to "Influencer Reviews".
The requested profile will appear along with links to the influencer's deal page, their account handle, follower count, and comments.
Use this information to determine and submit your decision. For example, the response can be "profile accepted" or, continuing with the negotiation request, "request accepted / negotiate $Z for Y videos".
Step 4: Back in the deal page, the profile review task will be updated to let you know it has been submitted, and the answer will be right where the "Request Profile Review" button was initially.
To learn how to manage the profile reviews when automatically triggered by invitation forms, read below:
Step 1: Invitation forms are sent to easily collect shipping details. When the influencer fills it in, their details are logged into the Influencer Profile section and a request is sent to review the profile, ensuring you approve this influencer before proceeding with the collaboration.
This is when the task is generated in the deal page, just like in the previous step 2.
Step 2: You can run the whole profile review process as mentioned above, or you can simply ignore this automatic request by marking the task as done.
