The feature is designed to streamline outreach, campaign management, customer support, and influencer follow ups without needing to manually write every email from scratch.

You can choose between fully AI-generated responses or pre-set templates depending on your workflow. The AI adapts replies based on the influencer conversation, helping teams manage communication more efficiently without sacrificing personalization.

How to Use the AI-Auto Responder
Step 1: Open the Email Composer.
Navigate to the Emails section inside an influencer profile and click âSend Email" to open the email composer.
Inside the composer, you can manually write emails, insert templates, or use the AI Assistant to generate and improve drafts.
â ď¸ Another place where the AI Assistant will automatically appear is when sending a follow up or quick email, generating a draft based on previous conversation activity, saved templates, and your account.
â ď¸IMPORTANT: This feature becomes more accurate over time and will only appear once the AI has enough account history and email activity to generate reliable drafts, so it may not be available immediately for newer accounts.
Step 2: Generate or Rewrite an Email with AI.
Click âAI Assistantâ inside the email composer.
You can:
Generate a completely new draft
Rewrite existing content
Change tone or structure
Shorten or simplify messaging
Make emails more friendly, professional, or concise
After clicking AI Assistant, enter the instructions describing how you want the email rewritten.
Examples:
âMake this email more professionalâ
âShorten this response and make it friendlierâ
âRewrite this in a more casual toneâ
âAdd more urgency while staying politeâ

Step 3: Review the AI Draft.
Once generated, the AI draft will appear directly inside the composer.
From here, you can:
Accept the draft
Rewrite it again
Decline the draft
Undo rewrites
This allows you to quickly iterate until the message matches your preferred tone and campaign goals.

The Reply Drafting Prompt controls how AI generates responses for influencer emails across your account.
These instructions are applied every time the assistant drafts a reply.

The AI can also automatically suggest follow up emails after sending outreach.
Enable AI Follow Up Suggestions to have the system draft follow ups based on previous conversation context.
After sending a manual email inside an influencer profile, a pop up will appear with AI generated follow up suggestions and a proposed sending timeline. From there, you can choose to skip follow ups entirely, keep only selected follow ups, edit the timing between emails, or schedule the sequence directly before confirming.
