Create your Own Email Templates

To save time when writing emails, you can create your own templates which can be used in email flows and influencer deal pages.

To set up an email template, follow these steps below:

Step 1: Click on "Other Tools" and go to the Template Manager.

Step 2: Click on "Create New Template" at the top right corner.

Step 3: Fill in the template details:

  • Category: Select a category for the template (negotiation, closed deal, relationship, or other) depending on what stage of a collaboration you will use it—this will help you find them faster when applying them to an email!

  • Template Name: Enter a title for the template

  • Email Body: Enter the content of the email

💡PRO TIPS:

  • Click on "Data Tags" to include variables such as the influencer's name, discount code, and custom link. These shortcuts allow the template to be easily adjusted for each influencer.

  • You can add images to the template through HTML settings. More instructions here!

Step 4: Click "Submit" to save the template.

Step 5: The template can be applied in:

  • Email flows: click "Templates" within the email body editor

  • Manual email replies: click "Templates" within the email body editor

  • Bulk tool emails: after selecting "Send Email" as the bulk action, click "Templates" within the email body editor
