Personalizing emails and making sure creators know your email is coming from an actual person, proving real interest and trust, is very important.

Influencer Hero allows you to add your signature in every email exchange you have with influencers! To add yours, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to Settings >> Email.

Step 2: Click on the three dots next to your email and select "Sendout Settings".

Step 3: Copy and paste your signature in the Email Signature space and save changes. If an image used in the signature isn't paste correctly for any reason, you can add one through HTML in the image icon.

Step 4: To incorporate this signature in your email flows, go to the Email Flow Editor >> Add the Email Signature placeholder at the bottom of your message. This will be automatically replaced by the signature used for the sending account selected when sending this email flow.

As for replying to emails, the signature will be automatically added in the email body when the email is selected as the sending account.
