We have introduced several email-related updates that will help you personalize your emails, optimize sending behavior, and maximize influencer engagement. Let's dive into the details!
Campaign Analytics Dashboard
The Campaign Manager features a campaign analytics chart that displays outreach activity over time. You can:
Track outreaches per campaign (or total outreaches) over the last few months or a selected timeframe.
Quickly assess campaign performance and historical outreach trends.
Enhanced Email Statistics
We've added detailed sendout statistics within the email settings section. You can now track:
Automated email performance (e.g., email flows).
Manual email performance (sent from the deal page). This provides better insight into overall email outreach effectiveness and will help you optimize your email strategies.
How to find them:
Step 1: Go to Email Settings and click on the three dots next to the email account.
Select "Statistics".
Step 2: Analyze the automated vs. manual performance for the past month or the entire account history.
đĄ PRO TIP: You also have an entire email analytics section in our Reporting tool. Check it out to learn about your open rate, spam rate, which email account is your top performer, and more!
A/B Testing for Email Flows
Set up multiple email flows for a campaign and rotate them randomly to compare response rates. Benefits include:
Tracking performance metrics to identify the best-converting email flow.
Reducing spam risk by varying email content, which prevents Gmail and other providers from flagging emails as cold outreach.
Optimizing influencer conversion rates by focusing on the most effective email approach.
To implement this, follow this short guide:
Step 1: Head over to âEmail Flowsâ in the left menu, and create different email flows where you alternate the message.
You can follow this guide for more information on creating email flows.
â ď¸ IMPORTANT: Make sure to also enable the Open Rate tracker in your email flow, so you get as many insights as you can for this test.
You will then see these rates and email analytics in the Reporting tool.
Step 2: Back in the Campaign Manager, open the campaign where you want to do this A/B test, and go to Settings.
Step 3: Select the email flows you created for this test and save changes.
Step 4: Start the outreach.
These email flows will be sent out randomly and you will later be able to evaluate each performance in the email flows page.
Multiple Email Accounts per Campaign
To further improve outreach efficiency and reduce spam risk, you can connect multiple email accounts to a single campaign. This allows:
Randomized email distribution across multiple accounts, lowering the email volume per account.
Increased overall email sendout capacity while maintaining lower spam rates.
Seamless personalization using the {{email_account_signature}} placeholder to ensure consistency across different sender accounts. Check this guide to learn how to add your signature to our platform!
Natural Email Sending for Better Deliverability
Previously, emails were sent at a fixed rate (e.g., one email per minute), leading to a high email volume in a short periodâoften triggering spam filters. With the new Natural Email Sending feature:
Emails are now spread randomly throughout the day (9 AM - 5 PM influencerâs time zone), mimicking human-like email behavior.
This reduces the chances of emails being flagged as spam or triggering account disconnections.
For urgent campaigns, you can still disable this feature to send emails immediately.
â ď¸ IMPORTANT: Natural email sending is always enabled by default. Turn it off if your outreach is urgentâbut make sure to follow the other recommendations provided in this guide to avoid landing in spam.
Maximizing Email Outreach Potential
A major reason for email integration issues and spam classification has been the sudden surge in email sendouts. To address this, we've significantly increased email sendout limits while maintaining compliance with email providers:
The daily emails limit for Gmail/Outlook accounts has been increased from 70 to 200/300 emails respectively. Combining multiple email accounts with this limit allows you to scale outreach efforts efficiently.
Instead of sending 70 emails per day immediately, default ramp-up settings start at 15 emails per day, increasing daily until reaching the max limit of 200 (configurable in email settings under Sendout Settings).
This new approach improves email deliverability and reduces the risk of disconnection from Gmail/Outlook.
To implement this slow ramp up, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Email Settings and click on the three dots next to the right email address.
Select "Sendout Settings".
Step 2: Enable the Slow Ramp Up feature and fill in the fields:
Desired daily outreach limit = lower or equal than 200
Current daily sendouts = number of outreaches you will start with. We recommend starting with a small number, less than 30
Daily increase = rate at which the outreach will be increased every day. We also recommend a smaller number than 30.
Step 4: Set the outreaches per day in the campaign to the maximum number you want to reach after the slow ramp up is done.
This means that if you want to eventually reach 90 outreaches per day, but get started with 10 a day and increase them by 10, your slow ramp up settings would be:
Current daily sendouts = 10
Daily increase = 10
Outreaches per day (in campaign manager) = 90
â ď¸ IMPORTANT: If the sum of new outreaches + follow ups included in your email flow (total amount of automated emails) exceeds your Daily Limit, then new outreaches will go into a backlog until the outreaches per day is reduced or the daily limit increased.
These new features will collectively improve email outreach efficiency, lower spam risk, and help you achieve better influencer engagement. Start leveraging them today to optimize your email campaigns!
