New Influencers Contacted
This graph shows how many new influencers you've contacted each day. It's a useful tool for spotting outreach disruptions, like when there’s a pause in your daily outreach. Outreach can be paused either manually or due to limits set by your email provider (e.g., email throttling).
Reach Outs & Outreaches per Day
Reach Outs: This shows how many influencers have been contacted in total within the campaign. It increases as the outreach progresses.
Outreaches per Day: It’s the number of new influencers you aim to contact each day. You set this manually, and a good rule of thumb is not to exceed 30 outreaches per day. Going over this limit could risk spamming, create backlogs, or cause issues with your email provider.
For example, if you set 30 outreaches per day for a campaign with 100 influencers, your statistics would look like this:
Day | Outreaches per day | Reach Outs | New Influencers Contacted |
1 | 30 | 30/100 | 30 |
2 | 30 | 60/100 | 30 |
3 | 30 | 90/100 | 30 |
4 | 30 | 100/100 | 10 |

Daily Sending Limit
This indicates the maximum number of emails you can send through Influencer Hero in a 24-hour period. It includes both new outreaches and follow-up emails in the email flow.
It's essential to set this limit according to your email provider's restrictions. A common best practice is to set your daily sending limit to 200, which is the maximum allowed by most email providers. This number helps avoid triggering spam, and ensures you don’t break your email integration.
You should ensure your daily sending limit can accommodate the total emails sent each day according to your outreaches per day and amount of emails in all your campaigns.
Example:
If you have set up an email flow with 3 total emails (with 24 hours between each), and you're doing 30 outreaches per day with 90 influencers in the campaign, here's how the total emails would break down:
Day | Outreaches per day | New Influencers Contacted | Email # (email flow) | Total Automatic Emails | Exceeds Sending Limit? (200) |
1 | 30 | 30 | 1 | 30 | No |
2 | 30 | 30 | 1 & 2 | 60 | No |
3 | 30 | 30 | 1 & 2 & 3 | 90 | No |
4 | 30 | 0 | 2 & 3 | 60 | No |
5 | 30 | 0 | 3 | 90 | No |
Email Statistics
This graph tracks the total number of automatic emails sent, including both new outreaches and follow-up emails in your email flow. It’s a helpful indicator for understanding the volume of email communication happening within your campaigns.
Automatic Emails: These are emails that are automatically triggered as part of the outreach process, including the initial contact email and any follow-ups in the email flow.
Manual Emails: These are emails you send manually in response to influencer inquiries or other interactions.
By monitoring this graph, you can spot if your backlog is being cleared. Backlogs cause a delay in sending new outreach emails, but if you still see automatic emails being sent, it means follow-up emails are going out, and the backlog will be cleared.
If no emails are being sent, it's a sign that something might have gone wrong with the integration, and you should check that the email integration hasn’t been broken.
