We’ve listened to user feedback and redesigned the Campaign Manager to make campaign planning, outreach, and execution simpler and more intuitive. This guide walks you through what’s new and how to use the updated experience step by step.
🔎 MAIN DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE OLD AND NEW CAMPAIGN MANAGER
Campaign Boards (formerly Dealflows): Dealflows are now called Campaign Boards and are strictly tied to individual campaigns. Because of this, boards can now only be accessed directly from within the Campaign Manager.
New campaign layout: Instead of managing each campaign element separately through the left-hand menu, you can now open a campaign and navigate everything through its dedicated tabs—making campaign management faster and more organized.
🗺️ GETTING FAMILIAR WITH THE NEW CAMPAIGN MANAGER:
HOW TO CREATE A CAMPAIGN
Before getting started, it’s important to note that every campaign needs three main elements to go live:
Influencers
An email flow (your outreach and follow-up sequence)
A Campaign Board to track collaborations and execution
Now you can proceed with the following steps:
Step 1: Go to the Campaign Manager on the menu on the left.
Step 2: Click on “Create New Campaign” in the top right corner and fill in the information.
Campaign name
Brand
Outreaches per day: how many new influencers you want to contact daily. We recommend around 30 outreaches per day for best deliverability
Email flow: select an existing flow or skip this step to create one later
Email addresses: the email account(s) used to contact influencers. You can use one or multiple email accounts (recommended if sending more than 30 outreaches per day).
Once completed, your campaign structure is ready.
Step 3: You have now created the main structure of the campaign, you can continue with the two remaining elements: influencers and the email flow (if you don’t have one already).
Adding influencers: in the “Influencer list” tab, click on “Add influencers”. This will take you to the Influencer Finder, where you can search and add influencers directly to your campaign. Learn more about the Influencer Finder here.
After adding influencers, the Influencer List tab allows you to:
See who has already been contacted
Remove influencers from the campaign
Export the list to Excel
Creating an email flow: go to the “Email flow” tab to generate one with AI or set it up manually. Learn more about email flows here.
Once you have created the flow, go to the “Settings” tab and assign it to the campaign.
Step 4: When all required elements are ready (influencers, email flow, outreach volume, and email account(s)), click “Start Campaign” in the top-right corner.
Every 24 hours, at the same time you first started the outreach, the specified number of outreaches per day will be sent to the selected influencers and will be populated in the chosen dealflow for you to track. The follow-up emails will also be automatically sent based on your email sequence/flow setup.
💡PRO TIP: Active campaigns are always at the top of your list in the Campaign Manager to spot them faster. But if you need extra help in finding the one you are working on, you can also highlight it with an icon by clicking on the three dots next to it > Highlight campaign > Choose an icon (you can also do this from the Settings campaign tab).
EXECUTING A CAMPAIGN
Once outreach is live, all collaboration progress is managed inside the Campaign Board tab.
Each column represents a different stage of an influencer partnership:
Outreach: Influencers you’ve contacted who haven’t replied yet
Negotiation: Influencers automatically move here once they reply to your outreach
Awaiting post: Influencers you’ve agreed to collaborate with and are waiting to post.
Post tracking is activated at this stage
Posted: Influencers who have published content and tagged your brand
The On Hold column is fully flexible and manual. You can use it for:
Influencers interested in collaborating later
Collaborations waiting for products to be shipped
Any custom workflow you prefer
In the campaign board you will also see each influencer card includes a task tag that shows what action is required and how urgent it is:
No tasks: nothing pending
To do: a new action is required (email, product, or post received)
Overdue: a To-do task has passed its deadline and needs urgent attention
Waiting: no action needed from your side. Created automatically after you reply to an influencer
Follow up: a reminder to follow up after a Waiting task exceeds its deadline
💡PRO TIP: From the Campaign Board view, you’ll see only the task type.
To view full task details, open the influencer’s profile and mark tasks as completed as you go—this helps you quickly spot new activity easily!
ANALYZING A CAMPAIGN’S PERFORMANCE
Running a campaign without analyzing results means missing valuable optimization opportunities. That’s why Influencer Hero provides detailed campaign reports in the “Analytics” tab, where you can:
Measure campaign performance at any time
Track progress and outcomes across your influencer collaborations
Use insights to improve future campaigns.
Here is everything you need to know about campaign reports.
