Email integration is essential for communicating with influencers, so it’s important to ensure it functions properly. If your email integration is disconnected, it means you are unable to send emails to influencers.
This issue may arise due to the following reasons:
Google/Outlook detects unusual activity, such as sending too many emails through the integration. The limit is 30 outreach emails per day per sending account in Campaign Manager.
Changes to your account security information, such as password or recovery email updates.
If your email integration has been disconnected, follow these steps to reconnect:
Step 1: Go to Settings on the left-hand side.
Step 2: Click on "Email".
Step 3: Find the email that is disconnected, click on the three dots on the right.
Step 4: Select Reconnect and follow the steps to reconnect your Gmail/Outlook account.
