Email integration is essential for communicating with influencers, so itโs important to ensure it functions properly. If you can't send emails because an error message pops up, check if the email has been disconnected by ruling out the options below.
This issue may arise due to the following reasons:
Google/Outlook detects unusual activity, such as sending too many emails through the integration. The limit is 30 outreach emails per day per sending account in Campaign Manager.
Changes to your account security information, such as password or recovery email updates.
If your email integration has been disconnected, follow these steps to reconnect:
Step 1: Go to Settings on the left-hand side.
Step 2: Click on "Email".

Step 4: Select Reconnect and follow the steps to reconnect your Gmail/Outlook account.
