After sending your email outreach, it's essential to manage communications and relationships with influencers via the campaign board.
When you create a new one, you'll see standard columns with default automations:
There are five columns: Outreach, Negotiation, On Hold, Awaiting Post, and Posted.
Once you start the reachout in campaign manager, the deals will appear in the "Outreach" column.
If an influencer responds, the deal moves automatically to "Negotiation" column.
After sending the product, move the influencer’s card to "Awaiting Post."
Deals in "Awaiting Post" are scanned thrice daily for potential posts, which are captured and saved in the CRM.
Once an influencer posts, their card automatically moves to "Posted."
In each column, you will see influencers with tickets representing the type of task open/pending:
To Do: These tickets represent tasks that require your immediate attention and action. For example, you might need to reply to an influencer's email.
Waiting: These indicate tasks that do not need your immediate action. For example, you are waiting for an influencer to respond to your email.
Overdue: These tickets highlight tasks that have not been addressed within 48 hours and are past due. Therefore, immediate action is needed.
For example, if you haven't replied to an influencer's email after 48 hours, or if the influencer hasn’t replied to your email after 48 hours, and you should send a follow-up.
Each ticket reflects the status of your interactions with influencers, making it easier for you to manage and track your tasks. The campaign provides an overview of your current tasks for each campaign, helping you stay organized and on top of your responsibilities!
HOW TO CUSTOMIZE THE CAMPAIGN BOARD
You can use the workflow that's built in by default, or create your own by personalizing columns and creating your own automations!
It's very important that automations are created when columns are edited, otherwise influencers won't move to another stage without your manual input.
