Influencer Hero integrates with Zendesk to help your support team instantly recognize influencer customers and handle their tickets with the right context and urgency.

How to Install

  1. In Influencer Hero, go to Settings β†’ Integrations (or visit https://app.influencer-hero.com/integrations).

  2. Find Zendesk and click Connect.

  3. Enter your Zendesk subdomain (for example, if your Zendesk URL is yourcompany.zendesk.com, enter yourcompany).

  4. You will be redirected to Zendesk. Log in and authorize Influencer Hero.

  5. After authorization, you will be sent back to Influencer Hero and the integration will show as Connected.

Once connected, the Influencer Hero widget will automatically appear inside Zendesk ticket sidebars.

What the Integration Enables

1) See if a Ticket Is from an Influencer (Directly Inside Zendesk)

In Zendesk, a sidebar widget will show you whether the support ticket is from an influencer based on the customer's email address. If the email belongs to an influencer known to Influencer Hero, the widget surfaces that information directly in the ticket so your team can act immediately.

The widget displays:

  • Whether the contact is an influencer (Yes/No)

  • Their social media handle

  • Platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

  • Follower count

  • Link to view their social profile

2) Deliver Exceptional Support to Influencers (and Increase Organic Exposure)

Influencers can turn a great support experience into free positive organic brand exposure. With instant influencer detection in the ticket view, your team can prioritize, personalize, and go the extra mile when it matters most.

3) Proactively Manage Unhappy Influencer Customers (Before It Goes Public)

When an influencer is unsatisfied, a support issue can escalate publicly and amplify quickly. This integration helps you spot influencer tickets early so you can proactively resolve issues and reduce the risk of negative public posts.

How to Disconnect

  1. In Influencer Hero, go to Settings β†’ Integrations.

  2. Find Zendesk and click Disconnect.

  3. The Influencer Hero app will be automatically removed from your Zendesk account.

Troubleshooting

Widget Not Appearing

  • Make sure you're viewing a ticket (not other Zendesk pages)

  • The widget appears in the right sidebar under "Apps"

  • Try refreshing the page

Widget Shows "No Influencer Profile Found"

  • This means the ticket requester's email is not associated with any influencer in the Influencer Hero database

  • This is normal for non-influencer customers
