If you run into the unlikely scenario where you have sent your team member an invite to join Influencer Hero, but for any reason they can't create their account, you can simply re-send them an invite by following the next steps:

Step 1: Go to Settings.

Step 2: Under "General", scroll down to the list of users.

Step 3: Find the user who can't create their log in and first remove them by clicking on the three dots icon next to their email address.

Step 4: Click on "Add user" at the bottom of the page, and re-add your team member.

The first invitation might have had a connection issue, but this should reset invitations and your team member should now be able to join!
