A Dealflow lets you manage your campaign overview effectively. Note that the Outreach Dealflow and Relationship Dealflow serve different purposes. Learn more here.
Step 1: Click the “Other Tools” button in the left side menu, and select “Dealflow Manager.”
Step 2: Click “Create New Dealflow.”
Step 3: Select the Dealflow type (Outreach or Relationship Dealflow), enter the Dealflow name, and click “Create New Dealflow.”
Pro tip: Outreach Dealflow is best used for first time collaborations, since the columns in it imitate the different stages of an influencer partnership, so you can keep track of where each influencer is at. The Relationship Dealflow is best for people who you have already worked with, because columns invite you to categorize influencers depending on their performance.
Step 4: Your dealflows will appear on the Dealflows page and Dealflows dropdown list.
Pro Tip: It is recommended to set up separate dealflows for each campaign to simplify management and avoid confusion.
For example, you can create one dealflow for an "Instagram Campaign" and another for a "TikTok Campaign." Since these are different platforms with distinct strategies, and probably different offer and agreement for the Tiktok and Instagram influencers, keeping them separate will help you manage them more effectively or delegate tasks to your team without mixing things up.
