Tracking your influencers' posts is essential for measuring the impact of your brand's presence on social media. Our CRM system's post capturing feature streamlines this process, allowing you to effortlessly monitor which influencers mention your brand.

Follow these steps below for a detailed walkthrough.

Step 1: It all begins in Brand Settings, where you need to add your social media handles so the platform understands what @ to look for.

Remember: only type in the username, no @.

Step 2: Go to the influencer's deal page in the CRM.

Step 3: Make sure that their Post Tracker is turned on. This happens automatically when they are moved into the Awaiting Post stage, but you can turn it on manually at any point or set up a custom automation. Without the post tracker enabled, there's no trigger and the post won't be collected.

The post tracker is found in the top right corner of the "Posts" tab in the deal page.

Step 4: Once the influencer has posted, the platform will notify you by creating a "Todo" task*, and collect the post. To see it, navigate to the "Posts" tab in the deal page.

You can also download the content if needed, or access it directly on their profile!

*Mark it as "Completed" once you are through with it so you keep only pending tasks open.

Step 5: The system automatically tracks clicks, referrals, and sales from these posts, updating the influencer's earnings and balance in the "Affiliate" tab.

This feature allows you to monitor influencer's Instagram performance without manual checks. Learn more on how to track an influencer's performance here.

Additional Information:

You can find all the influencers' posts in the Content Wall. Our Content Wall includes all social media posts from all influencers, and a social listening tool so you don't miss any posts at all, which you can easily view and download!
