What you can do with the Ecwid integration
Create trackable product / category / landing-page links for influencers from Influencer Hero
Track clicks + sales inside Influencer Hero
Use the data to report on performance and (optionally) calculate influencer payouts/commissions
Before you start you’ll need
GoAffPro connected to Influencer Hero (helpdesk guide)
Admin access to your Ecwid account (to install an app or add tracking code)

Step 1 — Connect GoAffPro in Influencer Hero (if you haven’t yet)
In Influencer Hero, go to Integrations: https://app.influencer-hero.com/integrations
Find GoAffPro → click Connect
Paste your GoAffPro access token / API key → click Connect (helpdesk guide)
Note: Influencer Hero has an official partnership with GoAffPro for integration purposes. If you purchased GoAffPro specifically to use with Influencer Hero, please contact your Influencer Hero account manager to arrange a subscription reimbursement.
Step 2 — Install GoAffPro tracking on your Ecwid store
GoAffPro provides an Ecwid installation flow (either via an Ecwid app or by adding a tracking snippet, depending on your setup).
Open your GoAffPro merchant dashboard
Go to the Ecwid integration / install section
Complete the Ecwid-side steps (install the app)
Step 3 — Finish setup in GoAffPro
Once Ecwid is connected:
Confirm your store connection shows as active/connected in GoAffPro
If prompted, verify your store domain and complete any on-screen “Next steps”
Step 4 — Create tracking links (and discount codes) for influencers in Influencer Hero
After Ecwid is connected:
Open the influencer’s page in Influencer Hero
Create a tracking link and paste the Ecwid URL you want them to promote (product, category, or landing page)
Influencer Hero will generate a trackable link
Share that link with your influencer
Optional: If you also want coupon-based tracking, enable coupon features in GoAffPro and create/assign codes for your influencers.
Troubleshooting
Ecwid integration installed, but no clicks/sales appear
Confirm Ecwid is fully connected in your GoAffPro dashboard (no pending “Next steps”)
If you added a tracking snippet, make sure it’s placed in the correct Ecwid location and published
Disable ad blockers/tracking blockers during testing (they can block tracking scripts)
Place a test order using a fresh browser session (or incognito) to avoid old cookies
Tracking works for links but not coupon codes (or vice versa)
Double-check coupon tracking is enabled in GoAffPro
If you changed coupon settings, you may need to regenerate/update influencer coupons depending on your setup
