How Credits Work

What Search, Report, and Contact credits are, how much you get each month, and what to do if you run out.

Every Influencer Hero plan includes a monthly credit allowance for three specific actions: searching for creators, pulling a full audience report, and looking up contact details.

Full plan details are also on the pricing page.

Types of credits

There are three credit types:

Search credits — used when you search for creators in the Influencer Finder, and also when you add found influencers to a campaign.

Report credits — used when you generate a full audience report for a creator.

Contact credits — used when you look up a creator's contact details — only charged if the lookup actually succeeds. Unlike Search and Report, there's no visible running balance for this one in the account's quota screens — you'll just be asked to confirm before it's spent.

Search and Report credits both show up in two places: inside the Influencer Finder itself, and in Settings > Brands & Markets > View Quotas, under a "Credits" section at the bottom of that panel.

Full plan details are also on the pricing page.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: If your account was created before March 16, 2025, it's flagged "Legacy" in that same quota panel and runs on different limits than the current pricing page — check your own quota panel rather than assuming the numbers above apply to you.

When you use the AI Assistant or an AI-powered filter, most actions are free — only a few draw from the credits above: searching uses Search credits, a full audience report uses Report credits, and viewing a creator's contact details uses Contact credits.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Before spending a Report or Contact credit, you'll be asked to confirm first, so nothing is used automatically.

Other Plan Limits

A few other features have their own monthly limit, separate from the credits above.

Outreach (reach-outs) — sending campaign emails and automated follow-ups. Tracked per brand, not account-wide — each brand has its own Outreach number in Settings > Brands & Markets > View Quotas.

Post-tracking (UGC tracking) — tracking an influencer's posts once a deal moves to Awaiting Post.

ChatGPT prompts (GPT credits) — AI-powered filters, like the Bulk Tool's AI-prompt filter and AI filters in the All Influencers tab.

AI personalized sentence generator — the Chrome Extension's AI intro-sentence generator.

Full plan details are also on the pricing page.

Where to check your usage

Search credit usage appears directly in the Influencer Finder. For Search and Report credits together, plus everything else on the account, go to Settings > Brands & Markets > View Quotas. There's no visible balance for Contact credits anywhere — you'll only see a confirmation prompt when one is about to be spent.

Running out mid-campaign

⚠️ IMPORTANT: If you run out of a credit or plan limit before your billing cycle resets, that feature pauses until the next cycle.

To keep a campaign on track:

  • Check your credit balance before launching a large campaign

  • Reach out to your account manager to add credits to your current plan, or to explore a higher plan

Best practice: check your credits before you start a campaign, not partway through it.

FAQ

Where can I check my credit usage? Search credits show directly in the Influencer Finder. For everything else, go to Settings > Brands & Markets > View Quotas.

What's included in my plan? Credit allotments vary by plan (Standard, Pro, Business). See the pricing page for the current breakdown, or ask your account manager for the specifics on your plan.

I ran out of a credit type before finishing my campaign — what now? That feature pauses until your next monthly reset, or your account manager can add credits to your current plan. See "Running out mid-campaign" above.
