The goal of your influencer marketing program is to identify top-performing influencers with whom you want to establish long-term partnerships. Some of these influencers can significantly contribute to your revenue, so nurturing and maintaining these relationships is important.

Seasonality Campaigns: Invite your top-performing influencers or brand ambassadors to participate in seasonal campaigns, such as promotions for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, or the holiday season (Black Friday/Cyber Monday). These campaigns can provide the highest returns for your influencer marketing program. 

During peak selling periods, you may also consider inviting lower-performing influencers to participate in the campaign. While these influencers may not sell a significant number of products throughout the year, they may still sell some during peak seasons. You can use automated invitations and affiliate offers to reduce HR costs and minimize the negative impact on your return on ad spend (ROAS).

Create affiliate links and discount codes within the deal page directly. Transparency is key; the more an influencer understands that their earnings are based on their performance, the more effort they will put into their posts. It's important to establish a mutually beneficial relationship.

Keep in mind that not all influencers are familiar with affiliate marketing. While it may seem logical to compensate influencers based on their performance, some may prefer fixed payments. Use data from previous posts to make educated guesses on expected revenue and make a fixed offer accordingly.
