How to set up a sending email account

The purpose of setting up email through our CRM is to facilitate regular communication and scheduled outreach with influencers. There are several options available for integration: 

  1. Hosted by Us: This option is the easiest to set up, as it does not require any additional configuration. The email will be hosted on our domain and will appear as "yourname@yourshop.creator-hero.com


  2. Gmail Integration: If you have a Gmail account, you can integrate it with our platform for easy communication. Emails from influencers will be delivered to your regular Gmail inbox

    • As we are still currently undergoing the Gmail store verification procedure (a multi-month process), a warning about our app being unverified will popup after this stage. You can safely ignore this.


        • Click on "Advanced" and select "Go to influencer-hero.com".
  3. Outlook Integration: If you have an Outlook account, you can easily integrate it with our platform using your own email.


  4. SMTP/IMAP Integration: This option allows for custom integration with most inbox providers using SMTP and IMAP protocols. If you need assistance, our support team is available to help you look up the appropriate values for your inbox provider.
