  2. Utilize the live chat feature: Should you require immediate assistance our live support team is available to assist you through the live chat feature located on the bottom right corner of every page. 
  3. Submit a ticket or email support@influencer-hero.com: If you cannot find the information you need in the software's help desk articles or through the built-in help feature, you may submit a ticket or email the wider support team directly. Please ensure to provide a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing and include any error messages or screenshots that may be relevant to your inquiry.
