The deal flow

Once you have configured and sent your outreach, it is important to manage the communications and relationships with influencers through the dashboard. Check how to set up your dashboard through this video

There are two types of dashboards available:

  • Outreach: used to reach out to new influencers for the first-time collaboration
  • Relationship: used to manage existing relationships and continue collaboration after the first post

1. The outreach dashboard is divided into five columns: outreach, negotiation, on hold, awaiting post and posted

  • Deals created through the outreach manager will appear in the "Outreach" column
  • If the influencer responds to the email, the deal will be automatically moved to the "Negotiation" column
  • After dispatching the product to the influencer, drag their card to the "Awaiting Post" stage
  • Deals in the "Awaiting Post" stage will be automatically scanned twice daily for potential IG story posts. These posts will be captured and saved in the CRM.
  • If the influencer has posted, their card will be automatically moved to the "Posted" stage
  • If the influencer is not in the "Awaiting Post" stage, their account will only be scanned if there are more than 5 clicks in one day or if a sale is recorded (custom link or discount code).
